About the Project

The project: Development of the Organic Food Valley Cluster no. POPW.0104.03-00-013/09-00 is co-financed from the resources of the European Regional Development Fund within the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland

The main aim of the project is to create a platform to develop and promote organic food products in Eastern Poland.

Detailed aims:

1. to support development of the Organic Food Valley Cluster,
2. to enhance the cluster cooperation between the scientific institutions, innovation entities and entrepreneurs involved in the production, processing and distribution of the organic products,
3. to raise the competitiveness and innovation of the cluster participants,
4. to increase organic production and the employment in the sector of organic products,
5. to improve the access of the cluster participants to the complex information and knowledge on production, processing and marketing of organic products,
6. to increase the demand for organic products.
